The Individual Rights pathway will enable you to tailor your studies to obtain specialist knowledge on how different areas of the law ensure and uphold the rights of individuals. You will also have the opportunity undertake an extended piece of research via the dissertation module on a self-selected rights-based topic. By the end of your studies, you will be able to make an informed assessment of how far the law is able to protect the individual rights of citizens, in both a private and public sphere.
