This Master's in Construction Management and Economics was developed in response to a growing demand for capable and creative professionals from the construction and property industries. On this course, you will learn the theory and application of economics, finance and management in the context of large-scale construction projects. Our modules include construction economics, construction project management, development economics and planning, and real estate development and investment. Graduates will be able to pursue roles in project and construction management consultancy, quantity surveying, or careers within construction companies, environmental agencies, local authorities and regeneration agencies.
