Our unique MSc Strength and Conditioning integrates the essential aspects of injury prevention with sports nutrition and conditioning preparation. We emphasise the area of exercise for health, preparing our students to work within the health system. Students are taught by specialist staff in the Centre for Exercise Activity and Rehabilitation, which is one of the seven centres of Institute for Lifecourse Development. With support from internationally recognised visiting professionals you'll gain subject-specific knowledge, enhanced practical and professional skills, and a critical awareness of advances at the forefront of strength and conditioning studies.
