A Master of Laws (LLM) in International Energy Law is a postgraduate degree designed for law and non-law graduates to enhance your academic legal knowledge. this course focuses specifically on developing an in-depth knowledge of International Energy Law. This course focuses on the contemporary significant themes of international energy governance; sustainability of environment, social, economic dimensions; sustainable energy systems; energy efficiency, renewable energy; and energy access. You’ll explore the sources of international energy law including domestic laws, international treaties, energy contracts, international customs and practices, international institutions and organisations, along with international arbitrations and awards.
