This dynamic, interdisciplinary course combines the study of nutrition science with health and wellbeing. It is aimed at those who have a keen interest in human nutrition and health, and can lead to registration as a nutritionist. The theoretical foundations of this three-year programme are laid down in lectures and seminars. Practical workshops will allow you to gain experience in analysing diets using specialist software. Some hands-on work will be undertaken in our kitchens and biochemistry laboratory.
