The first two terms of the two-year Construction Project Management, Ontario College Graduate Certificate includes specific, practical education through a combination of management skills in construction with an emphasis on estimating, scheduling, procurement and cost control, combined with best practices in construction safety, quality management, legal documentation, and contracts. The third term curriculum concentrates on common skills necessary in project management. The final semester solidifies classroom learning through an applied project or co-operative education work term. Graduates will also gain effective communication skills to work with all levels of personnel in the construction industry.
