Group Discussion

A group discussion (GD) is a simulated exercise, where you cannot suddenly put up a show, since the evaluators will see through you easily. In today's context, the organizations and educational institutes are interested in team players rather than individual contributors. During the Group Discussion, the panel essentially evaluates the candidate's potential to be a leader and also his/her ability to work in teams. Remember that institutes are typically on the look out for candidates who will inspire to lead and succeed and for that you need to be a good team player.

In this course you can find tips on GD and how to handle them to ensure a positive outcome. Our Trainers will provide the necessary tips on being an effective communicator and how to express Ideas and Views convincingly and explicitly in a Group.

One to One Interview Preparation The biggest mistake in interviewing is not being fully prepared. Our Counselors will be conducting one to one Mock Interview sessions, which will have typical, and target oriented Interview Questions. Final preparation includes details of dress and appearance, what to expect, and protocols for follow-up.
